It might be that cherry-picked backport caused a problem on the 2.15
branch for sparc.
If you could narrow down which commit in 2.15 broke it that would be great.
glibc 2.15 has broken abilist symbols, this is only fixed for glibc 2.16.
Carlos, backporting all the abilist changes for 2.15 is IMO a rather
large change. Do you really still want to fix this?
