The current development sources for glibc.
You can checkout the development sources by using git like this:
git clone git://sourceware.org/git/glibc.git
You can read about it here:
http://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/GlibcGit
Then you can build glibc for mips using the same arguments that rpm
uses to build it.
