Hello!

I'd like to know about the reasons for `the glibc maintainers seem to
refuse "artificial languages" like Esperanto and Lojban, even if they
got a ISO 639 code.' [*]

Is there any mailing list (or person) where I can check the
`officiality' of that statement? Do I must submit a bug?

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,
