*The existing* it's mean used today (links at comment #11), not yesterday. 
1. Roman numerals for months aren't today's Polish language conventions. Beside
not many publishers nobody using it. 
2. For hand-written texts arabic numerals are standard because of easy writting.
3. Words without dots and 3 letter abbreviations are still natural Polish
language. It is correct and approved in computer systems (comment #19). 

I hope we are talking about Polish natural language in computer systems? This is
not alt.pl.poetry group?
