non-constant abmon and ls -l / mutt

Hello,

The fr_FR locale recently got its abmon fixed into values that do not
all have the same length. A result of this is in ls -l:

drwxr-xr-x 5 samy samy 4,0K mars 9 23:08 tmp/
drwx------ 5 samy samy 4,0K févr. 12 18:20 u/
drwxr-xr-x 3 samy samy 4,0K avril 6 2008 vi/

Things are not aligned any more. The same kind of issue happens in
mutt. The copy of the standard I have talks about constant lengths for
abday, but does not mention it for abmon. It however looks like at
least some applications assume constant lengths in abmon too...

Samuel
