Thank you for your contribution. However, I wonder about several points of the
patch.
You seem to be changing indentation in a lot of the sections, making it
difficult to review the changes. Could you please keep the original
indentation? I realize it may be significant work now so it is not crucial, but
it would be welcome.
In email, a random slash appeared in front of @.
You should probably just reorder the collation imported from iso14651_t1
instead of replacing the whole LC_COLLATE.
