Yes. Glibc runs more or less only on Linux. Darwin would not be a completely unique port, since there are also FreeBSD and Hurd (Mach-based) ports. But a C library port is a massive task.
* sysdeps/mach/powerpc/sysdep.h (_MACH_MACHINE_ASM_H): Define this
before include <sysdeps/mach/sysdep.h>, to inhibit
<mach/machine/asm.h>
on Darwin, which includes bogons.
That's five years old; well before the Darwin you're using.
