glibc alpha patches

Hi!

I have a few alpha patches for glibc alpha. I've attached 'em.

Since there's no glibc alpha maintainer (any more) and alpha has been moved to ports, nobody seems to be interested in commiting those.

Do you see any chance for me to make this process a bit more simple?

I'm willing to send patches here, open bugreports, step up as alpha port maintainer - whatever you want. I just want to have

1) the current bugs fixed
2) a process to fix bugs in future fast

Thx for listening :-)

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sys/procfs.h: Replace with #error stub.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/sys/procfs.h: Copy some asm/elf.h
	definitions from the kernel header to sys/procfs.h and remove the
	#include of asm/elf.h.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sh/sys/procfs.h: Likewise.
