Someone needs to submit a patch that is fully up to date with the APIs
provided by the existing libc headers for other Linux architectures. I'm
not aware of such a patch against current ports git having been submitted.
I ignored the bits/mman.h submission as an individual header makes no
sense without the rest of that tree; the tree needs to be submitted as a
whole and an individual header submission must be a submission for
inclusion in some externally maintained tree rather than anything directly
relevant to libc-ports.
