- Subject: [linux-generic] provide not-cancel.h
This change matches the one that Roland merged to the glibc core.
Now that grantpt.c uses <include> syntax, we can override the
standard Linux not-cancel.h with one for the asm-generic API that
uses the openat() syscall. I'll push it up unless I hear any objections.
