Latest version is 20. Adds several new goodies and fixes my unfortunate
decision in version 17 to call an object file system.o, which of course
replaced libc/stdlib/system.o ...

BTW, is this superseding of object files encouraged practice in newlib ?
It would be an elegant way of using some system calls instead of awkward
replacements in libc (e.g. rename).
