The libc/configure.in has the same test that should be changed in the same
manner. Is there a way to prevent that redundant long double check for libc
and libm? The tiny patch is attached.
Patch checked in. The test can be shared if it is in acinclude.m4, but
I don't think it is necessary since
it is only being used in two places at present.
