About newlib for arm

Subject: About newlib for arm

hi,all
  I have another question.
  Because My kernel support the arm. I have to support the swi.h in the newlib.
  I found that the swi codes seem as below.
#define SWI_WriteC                 0x0
#define SWI_Write0                 0x2
#define SWI_ReadC                  0x4
#define SWI_CLI                    0x5
#define SWI_GetEnv                 0x10


How can I modify the kernel to support the default system calls.
