Hi,
as discussed, here's the extension of struct lconv by the missing
members required by POSIX.1-2008.

* libc/include/locale.h (struct lconv): Add missing members
required by POSIX.1-2008.
* libc/locale/locale.c (lconv): Initialize new members to
default values in "C" locale.
