What is the "official" statement of support for using pthreads-win32 under 64-bit Windows? I notice from the archives that a patch is available but it seems to only be for MinGW.
In addition, has anyone ever got this going under versions of MSVC after 2005? I'd like to see it in action in later compiler versions if possible.
