* tapsets.cxx (func_info::func_info): Initialize fields.
(inline_instance_info::inline_instance_info): Likewise.
(query_inline_instance_info): Add try-catch block.
(query_func_info): Likewise, and fault when missing prologue-end.
(query_dwarf_func): Fault when missing entrypc.
