Log message:
Fixup the build framework for the cross-arch
`erestart-debugger'/`erestart-debuggee' support.
- It breaks the arch-free tests/ subdirectory being standalone.
- Still it is a hack, should there be a new `cross-arch/' (?) subdirectory?
