check_stopped: Print also the instruction where we crashed.
- Include the last HLT into the INSTR and SETTEST arrays.
test_cont: Split off test_singlestep.
test_singlestep: Expect stop at final HLT, not after setting TF.
- PTRACE_SINGLEBLOCK is more PTRACE_SINGLESTEP than PTRACE_CONT.
