Added help text for the dynamic metrics in the logger PMDA.
* pcp/src/pmdas/logger/logger.c (logger_text): New function that provides
help for the dynamic metrics.
(logger_init): Set up dynamic metrics help text.
* pcp/src/pmdas/logger/help: Removed commented out help for the dynamic
metrics.
