[Bug kprobes/2183] New: kretprobe on schedule() leaks kretprobe_instances

When kretprobes are inserted on "schedule" Mao Bibo reported that kretprobe
instances were not recycled properly and their by causing memory leaks. He
investigated and came up with the attached patch.
I am forwarding it to you guys for wider review/comments/suggestions to Bibo.

kprobe_flush_task( ) function was removed from exit_thread() to
finish_task_switch( ) function.
