[Bug testsuite/4081] New: "make installcheck" sometimes tests wrong executable

"make check" is supposed to test the locally built systemtap executable and
"make installcheck" is supposed to test the installed version of systemtap.
However, several tests (the ones in buildko, buildok, parseko, parseok, semko,
semok, transko, and transok) run the version of systemtap present in
src/testsuite. The file src/testsuite/Makefile (generated from
src/testsuite/Makefile.am) creates a symbolic link to src/stap.
This symbolic link should point to the installed version of systemtap when doing
a "make installcheck".
