Excellent.

The iso is 610MB in size. Any suggestions on where to put the iso,
so other people can try it?

You have a shell-capable account on sourceware. You could upload it to some directory under our usual anonymous ftp area[1] near the snapshots. The shell script used to create the .iso should also go there. If it turns out to be insanely popular, we can put a bittorrent tracker widget on there.

I have uploaded the CD image to:

ftp://sourceware.redhat.com/pub/systemtap/livecds/Fedora-6-systemtap-20070302.iso

Give the liveCD a try. You will need to "su -" before trying any of the examples, sudo is not setup on the machine.

I noticed that a md5.sum was computed and written in the directory. This md5.sum differs from the md5sum computed generated from "md5sum Fedora-6-systemtap-20070302.iso" on sourceware or my local machine. Note that both the md5sums computed by the commandline on sourceware and the upload machine agree.
