My guess is that your glibc-debuginfo version does not match your installed
glibc/libpthreads version.
% echo '%_query_all_fmt %%{name}-%%{version}-%%{release}.%%{arch}' >>
$HOME/.rpmmacros
% rpm -qa glibc\*
