With some parts of the runtime starting to emit warnings,
plus of course those from the script proper, sometimes
duplicate messages can outnumber useful ones.
It would be nice if staprun had a (default?) option to
eliminate duplicate strings coming in on the STP_OOB_DATA
channel.
