The current client provides information about which servers are online and
which ones were requested but does not help with why a requested server could
not be used. For example, an unprivileged user requires a server that is a
trusted signer.

When the client is unable to select a server or connect to a selected server,
it should provide information about what the issue was with each server tried
and information about how to fix the problem.
