* tkinit.c (set_colors): Tweak setup of unit_name_color.
(init_material_images): Flush unused code.
* tkmap.c (draw_units): Draw name of uncovered unit under
some circumstances.
(draw_unit_name): Use unit_name_color.
(draw_resource_usage): Use material images if possible.
