* gvar.def (default-runlength): Remove, is redundant with
construction run doctrine.
* unit.h (construction_run_doctrine): New macro.
* macunit.c (draw_advanced_closeup, hit_closeup_dialog,
hit_unit_build_dialog): Use it instead of default-runlength.
* macwins.c (adjust_construction_controls): Ditto.
* tkcmd.c (impl_build): Use construction_run_doctrine.
