Keir Novik discovered a tcl install problem, where subdirs of
tcl/library weren't present in checkouts, and so installation would
fail. I've just added these to the repository. If you have a
checkout that include the tcl sources, you need to do a cvs update -d
in the tcl dir, so that CVS will create the new subdirs and populate
them. Thanks to Keir for finding this!
