Mac interface improvements

I just checked in a major overhaul of the mac interface. New stuff this time:

The city dialogs and unit closeups have been integrated into one non-modal
floating window which is accessed by ctrl-clicking on the unit, or by cmd-C
(for Closeup) for the current unit.

There is a new list in the construction window that can be used to set
research tasks for each advanced unit.

The help window is now floating. It also has a default close button and
support for scrolling using the arrow keys.

There is a help button (for bringing up the help window) and a default
close button in each closeup window. Just hit Return to dismiss the closeup.

You can now use arrows to scroll up and down in the player setup dialog,
which is also a floating window, and the Return and Escape keys work as
expected.

Page Up and Page Down can now be used for rapid scrolling in the list
windows. Return and Escape key support added.

Network support has been added for some of the advanced features in the
Ancient Near East game (ane.g).

There are lots of under the hood improvements, too, particularly in the
image drawing and floating windows code. Those who are interested can check
out the ChangeLog file in the CVS repository.
