Bug tracking

To date, Xconq bug tracking has been somewhat haphazard; the
reports are either in my mailbox, or else recorded in doc/TODO
or doc/PROJECTS. I get the impression that people know about
more bugs than are recorded, and are just not reporting them,
nor is it easy to tell whether a problem is a known bug.

So my first question is: is this a correct impression? Second,
if I set up a web thing like gnats or jitterbug to report and
track bugs, would people use it?

Stan
