Actually, I hacked strmgetc after Erik submitted his list of Swedish place
names some time ago. So xconq now knows how to handle the special
characters (which are the same in Swedish and Finnish) on all platforms.
I agree it could go into ng-europe.g. Might also find some other uses. I
made the list of Swedish names the default namer for one of my base modules
since I thought they would look exotic to non-Swedes. But the Finnish names
would be even better from that point of view :-).
