You can find up-to-date binaries for both Windows and MacOS here:

However, to play the game you need more than the binaries. Specifically,
all the library and images files as well as some tcl script files. The best
(and right now only) way to obtain these is to use WinCVS to check out the
xconq directory at sources.redhat.com. Then you just put the above binaries
in the top (xconq) directory and you are ready to go. Provided, of course,
that you have tcltk installed on your system.
