Precisely. Though it didn't work last time I tested it (WWII-Europe, Black
Sea fleet trying to get out through the Bosporus).

Actually, we've already been there. This is how the connection code worked,
before I rewrote it this summer (extra space for units inside connections).
There were some good reasons why we removed this possibility, but it has
already been discussed on the list, so I am not going to repeat myself.
