Speaking of images, I noticed a while back ago that rivers end at
cell boundaries and are not drawn as part of terrain transitions.
So, if you have a river running along the boundary of a land cell
that adjoins a sea cell, the land cell transitions into the sea
cell, but the river ends abruptly, which looks kinda funny.
