...or just write the GDL not to trigger the issues. They're only trigged
when the GDL is arguably incorrect - either specifying a possible
transformation from cell terrain to aux terrain, or not specifying any
possible result. So the patch (which only addresses the first of the two
issues) doesn't enable any correct behaviour that isn't already possible,
it just makes it safe for the designer to be a little less careful about
the specification of the table.
