Yes. The Cygwin Tcl/Tk stuff is a real mess. If you build using the ActiveState Tcl/Tk stuff instead, things should work fine on Cygwin though.


But, I think that MinGW32 is the better choice (it is now what I use to build packaged executables) for Xconq, because it builds native Win32 executables, and like you say, the MinGW32 Tcl/Tk stuff works without an hassle.
