You should be able to do it like this:
<xsl:value-of select="//nameloc[@id = current()/@linkend]"/>
Or if you've declared the ID attribute on nameloc as of type ID in a DTD,
you can do
<xsl:value-of select="//nameloc[id(current()/@linkend)]"/>
