Hi,
It happened to me. I had defined a sequence that allowed only one page,
for a table of content. When it was longer than one page I had the
same message. I sorted this out just telling the name of the first
page and adding repeating pages. I can't remember exactly the code,
I hope that with this will be enough to sort your problem. Otherwise
I will give you the correct code.
