<!DOCTYPE works for me using MSXML and my XML documents. I've noticed that
<!DOCTYPE has to be capitalized before it is recognized ("<!Doctype" didn't
seem to work), but everything is parsing as expected. Can you expand on the
issue?

Subject: MSXML variables and DOCTYPE
Hello
I am fighting with MSXML and after much testing and searching this fine
list I am concluding that MSXML does not support xsl:variables (and thus
the XSL for DocBook from Norman Walsh will not work) and it does not
like a DOCTYPE to be included in xml documents.
Is this correct or am I missing something?
