The recommendations are well written but parts of them are not English.
The grammar uses Extended Baukus-Naur Form (EBNF) notation.
I wonder if some one can point us to an online tutorial on how to read it?
Liam Quin and Ian Graham have an excellent appendix on EBNF for XML in
their _XML Specification Guide_ (Wiley, 1999).
