It could be because you've missed off the version attribute from
xsl:stylesheet. It should look like:
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">
...
</xsl:stylesheet>
It could be any number of other things, but without seeing the source
XML it's hard to tell. One problem, for example, might be that you
have a default namespace in your source XML that you're not using in
your stylesheet.
If you show us the source XML and tell us *how* it's not working we'll
have a better chance of being able to help you.
