So basically it's as if you were asking fortran questions on a C list.
http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl is a completely different language to XSLT.
It's a non standard thing that only exists in MSXML. You want to upgrade
to MSXML3 and then you can use use XSLT, see the MSXML FAQ at:
