Greetings. I just joined the list because I'm a XSL newbie. I'm trying to
learn it as a VB developer who has been building client/server apps since 1995.
Right now I'm stuck with the following:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl">
<xsl:param name="co"/>
<xsl:param name="mach"/>
<xsl:param name="trace"/>
<xsl:template match="/">
<HTML><HEAD><TITLE/></HEAD> <BODY>
<xsl:for-each
select="*/rs:data/z:row[@CompanyID=$co][@CaptureMachine=$mach][@Trace=$trace]">
<h3>Company: <xsl:value-of select="@CompanyID"/>
Batch: <xsl:value-of select="@Batch"/>
Sequence: <xsl:value-of select="@Sequence"/>
Amount: <xsl:value-of select="@Amount"/></h3>
</xsl:for-each>
</BODY></HTML>
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>
I set the values of my three params from JavaScript with selectSingleNode
and the text method of the node.
Then when I do the transofrm I get: "Keyword xsl:param may not be used
here." I've searched all over and can't find what I'm doing wrong.
