| This reminds me: from the Saxon sources it looked as if the
| URIResolver was not used when parsing the stylesheet itself. That
| is, it would not be used to resolve xsl:include and xsl:import. I
| assume this is wrong and that I just didn't understand the sources

| Yes, you must have misread it. See lines 70-75 of XSLGeneralIncorporate.java
Ah, I see. What confused me was that I couldn't see where the
stylesheet representation got the URIListener from, but now I
understand.
