You have to load a dummy svg before you can domtodom on it. It wrongly
reports that it has loaded the dummy.svg, so after the domtodom has dumped
the inline svg into it it is overwritten by the dummy.svg. This only happens
on a slow connection otherwise the dummy.svg zips in there nippy and doesn't
interfear.
