In that case if I have a XSL question, how would I know who would be able to
answer the question, the one in here or one on microsoft public xsl group, I
can't post to both?

YES, you are wasting everyone's bandwidth when you post to more than one
group. It's annoying to have to read the same message over and over in
multiple newsgroups. This is the reason that different groups are set up,
after all.
You should know, by the way, that many people refuse to answer posts made
to multiple groups (yes, this IS spam), on principle, even when they know
the
answer.
