They all relate to it. You are trying to use an XSLT language feature with a
processor that doesn't support XSLT. The answers in the FAQ tell you why you
can't use XSLT language features with this non-XSLT processor, why you are
seeing the symptoms you are seeing, and how to install Microsoft's XSLT
processor.
