If you give FORTRAN code to a C compiler it doesn't normally work.
The same is true of giving XSLT to IE5. The language in IE5 has only a
slight historical connection to XSLT.
You need to upgrade your IE either to IE6 beta or upgrade IE5 with the
MSXSL3 libraries. see http://www.netcruicible.com for a helpful FAQ on
this. Then you can use XSLT.
