It is. Just as it would be out of place to ask questions about C on a
Java list. It's not (necessarily) wrong to use that language (although it
is rather strange since it is obsolete and Microsoft offer a supported
upgrade to XSLT) but this isn't the place to discus that language.
There are Microsoft specific formums in which to ask questions about IE.
