Your file is not XSL as specified by the W3C and discussed on this list.
you have:
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl
That language is the microsoft specific language that was built into IE5
(and which Microsoft unfortunately chose to call XSL). You should update
to IE6 or install MSXML3 iover your IE5, then you will be able to use the
standard XSL language.
